C. DELIVERY TERMS
We deliver products using UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location of your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order at support@stoncoatcountertops.com.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find that a parcel is damaged during transit, if possible, please refuse to accept the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel is delivered when you are not present, please contact customer service to know the next steps.
